DELIVERY
Delivery is available for Ireland. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods. Deliveries are guaranteed within these timeframes for any order placed before noon, from Monday to Friday :
STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE
Within 3 to 4 working days.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Online exchange - Free : If an item doesn’t suit you or if you’ve simply changed your mind, you can exchange it directly online within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
In-store return - Free : To make a return in-store, go to one of our Sandro boutiques in Ireland (Excluding affiliates, corners and outlets) with your order number and items, within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Return by post - 5,95€ : To make a return by post, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to print out your returns label and return one or more of your items to us. All postal returns are at your expense : 5,95€ will be deducted from your refund.
