Delivery

Delivery is available for Irland.

Your order will be prepared and shipped according to the methods and delivery times detailed below. Delivery dates may be longer during sales periods or at our Archives Sale.

* Special Archive Sale conditions: Please note that during our online Archives sales, express and in-store deliveries are deactivated. For Archives orders, delivery times are extended to 10 business days.

Personalized products cannot be returned.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Standard Delivery

Your package will be delivered Within 3-4 Working Days, through mail, at the registered delivery address, from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.

If you receive a delivery notice, please pick your order up at the indicated post office. Please note that you will be asked to present your ID and the order confirmation.

RETURN AND REFUND

Personalized products cannot be returned.

All postal returns are at your expense. 4.95 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

Your postal return is carried out in two stages:

1- First of all, you have 15 days in which to print out your returns label.

To download your return label:

- Scan the QR code on your delivery note. You can access the return label by entering your order number and your email address.

- Alternatively, you can download your returns label by going directly to the Track your order on our website. Simply enter your order number and email address to obtain it.

2- You then have a 15-day return period from the date of downloading your return label in which to return your parcel to us by post.

Your order may be delivered in several parcels. Returns can be made in a single parcel provided that all the relevant delivery notes are included. Please note that we provide you with a single return label.

In-store returns

We would like to remind you that the easiest and quickest way to return your item(s) is in one of our Sandro stores. To make an in-store return, go to the store of your choice (excluding affiliates, concessions and outlets) with your order number and items. Find your nearest store here.

Exchanges and refunds

Items may be exchanged or refunded if returning them in-store. Any items returned by post will be refunded only. To exchange an item by post, we ask you to please return the piece concerned and re-order the item(s).

Refunds procedure

You will only be reimbursed for items that are new, unworn and clean. The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the clothing label. You will be refunded within a maximum of 4 to 10 days of your parcel being received at our warehouse, via the original payment method.

Archives Sale

Returning items from the Archives Sale is at your expense. The amount of 4,95€ corresponding to the return fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns can only be made by post; no in-store returns will be accepted for Archives orders. If your order includes both items from the Archives Sale and from current collections, your items will be sent out in several parcels. Any returns must be made separately: items from the Archives Sale in one parcel and items from current collections in another. Return fees for items from current collections are currently free.
